Tech support hotlines 📞... Sometimes they come in clutch when you need them most. Other times, it feels like a relentless cycle of abuse that makes you wonder: did I do something in a past life to deserve this? In this scenario, you're the tech support expert, and your handy-dandy AI-assisted electronics manual will feed you the exact lines to ensure that the customer gets their problem sorted out, and they stay calm throughout the whole process. Unfortunately, the AI is still being trained, so the steps to fixing your customer's issue may not always be the most direct nor intuitive. Remember, it's not your fault! You're just the messenger.

3. Wait for a call to come in. Tech support experts know when they're receiving a call when the phone button at the bottom of the score vibrates, in addition to a phone call sound coming from the main sound system. Over time, you'll engage in a conversation with a customer who's troubleshooting a tech related issue.
4. When a green text message appears on your screen, read it aloud before pressing the phone button to advance the conversation. Red messages are your customer's responses. These are for immersion purposes, and are not to be read aloud. You'll get a 30 second timer on your screen to let you know that the piece will end. You're current call may get canceled!
